Dear Trillium Staff,

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay at the Trillium beach house. The beach house is spectacular with its panoramic view of Cape Lookout. We enjoyed watching a golden sunset from the comfort of the living room. We loved the floor plan which created a sense of airiness and space everywhere in the house. The beach house is high quality construction with stylish fixtures and amenities. Oceanside is an undiscovered gem with its beautiful beach and small town. Oceanside is often overlooked by the casual traveler because it is 20 minutes west of Highway 101, but it is one of the loveliest stretches of coastline in Oregon. The time to travel from Portland to Oceanside is approximately 1 1/2 hours which is approximately the same distance from Portland to Cannon Beach. However, the difference in cost between this house and a similar house in Cannon Beach is astounding. Trillium is an excellent value. **1/30-1/31 2010 Seville and Fred**

I wanted to thank you very much for the opportunity to stay at the house in Oceanside this past weekend. It was a fantastic time and a very impressive house and development. The view from the house is amazing and we were surprised that the house has not already sold just based on the location and view alone. The layout and finish of the house was also very impressive.
